Will there be on-site/walk-in registration?
Yes, there will be on-site/walk-in registration every day of the conference.

I don't have the resources to pay for the conference. 
The conference is free of charge, however registration is required (click here to register).

Can I bring friends to the conference?
Yes, all are welcome. However, everyone must register separately.

Does registration include any meals?
No. Conference participants are responsible for all meals. Please visit the Lodging & Food page for more information.

Does registration include lodging?
No. Conference participants are responsible for their own lodging. If you need housing options, please indicate the need on your registration page and we will contact you shortly. Otherwise, visit the Lodging & Food page for more information.

What are my transportation options?
There is garage parking available in multiple locations throughout the main Temple University campus. There is also some hourly parking inside campus. Please read all signs wherever you park and pay appropriately. We do not provide parking for guests and encourage you to take public transportation if possible. The nearest subway/train stop to/from Anderson Hall is on the Broad Street (orange) line, at the Cecil B. Moore Station (Cecil B. Moore Ave. & North Broad St.). The #23 Septa Bus stops right in front of Anderson Hall (11th St. & Berks St). Buses 4, 16, and 47 also make nearby stops. Do I have to bring a printed copy of my registration confirmation to the event?
No. You can just tell us your name at check-in.

Will there be accommodations for breastfeeding mothers?
Yes. We welcome mothers to breastfeed in any space at the conference, and we will have designated areas for breastfeeding mothers who prefer privacy.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Anderson Hall has a wheelchair accessible entrance on 12th St. between Norris and Montgomery.

Will there be opportunities for tabling during the conference?
No. We have decided against tabling for individuals, groups, organizations, etc. 

Will there be opportunities to sell and showcase products during the conference?
No. Vending or showcasing products will not be allowed during the conference apart from the art produced by the Black Radical Artist Collective.
